No service I dont receive the service that I pay for! I dont see any updates on my service account and Im wondering what is going on I check my back and count I dont think they charge me so thats why I wanna discuss with the customer service. Make sure that we all on the same page!

I was hacked. Zoosk blocked my account and then billed me after my subscription ran out. I just want to be able to delete it permanently and stop the subscription and get refunded for the last transaction.

I accidentally paid for a subscription that I did not want with zoosk. They tell you in order to get a refund you have to go through the App Store which is extremely difficult and consumed many many hours. I believe I am getting a refund through paypal
